What is it?
A weekly meal program designed for convenience, variety, and value - perfect for anyone who wants fresh, ready-to-go meals, breakfasts, and snacks each week.

• Regular (feeds 3–4)
• Half (feeds 2)
• Individual portions

• 3 items → 5% off
• 5 items → 10% off
• 7+ items → 15% off
HOW IT WORKS:
Menu drops: Sunday
Order deadline: Thursday @ 12PM
Payment due: Saturday
Pickup/Delivery: Tuesday
**Payment instructions: an invoice will be emailed to you with the option to pay by online credit card or e-transfer. If payment is not received by end of Saturday, the order will be cancelled.**
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Pick-up (Free):
Tuesday between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (in-store)
Delivery (Tuesday):
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We deliver to:
Sylvan Lake, Red Deer, Innisfail, Lacombe, Springbrook, Blackfalds, Bowden, Olds
Delivery Fees:
$15 → Red Deer, Innisfail, Springbrook
$35 → Blackfalds, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake, Bowden, Olds
*Delivery orders require a $100 minimum*
