Meal portion sizes are available in REGULAR or HALF. 

Regular: feeds 3-4 people

Half: feeds 2 people

Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days of placing your order - depending on the order quantity. There is a limit of 4 FRESH meals per order. Please await an email/phone call confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. The confirmation email does NOT indicate that your order is ready. Creating delicious food takes a little time. :)  We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Once you've been notified that your order is ready, please pick-up within 2-3 days. If they are not picked up within this time frame, fresh products will be frozen to keep them digestion friendly. For products that can't be frozen, sadly the item will need to be disposed of, and no refunds will be provided.
