Is your facility gluten-free?
We have many gluten-free options, but wheat products are in our facility. Although we do try our best, please note that cross contamination may occur!

Do I need to pre-order?
Not at all! We have fresh & frozen meals on hand. Please stop by our retail location to see what we have available or refer to the Currently Stocked tab.

Can I bring back the packaging to have it
re-filled/re-used?
Sadly health regulations do not allow me to re-use food packaging containers. So sorry!

Do you offer delivery or shipping?
We deliver to the following locations:
$15 → Red Deer, Innisfail, Springbrook (delivery days: Mon. & Wed. between 8am-12pm, Friday from 8-10am; order minimum: $75)
$35 → Blackfalds, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake (delivery day: Wed. from 8am-12pm; order minimum: $100)
$35 → Bowden, Olds (delivery days: Thurs. from 2-4pm; order minimum: $150)
Shipping is not available at this time.

Do you provide the Nutrition Facts for your food items?
Yes - if you select a given product, refer to the thumbnail images to view the Nutrition Facts.

Are you nut-free?
In the crazy sense...well maybe a little. Unfortunately we do have nuts on the premises. So sorry to those of you where this would be a concern!

Are there dairy-free options?
We have many dairy-free items! Please click here to see what we have available.
On a side note, we do use Rock Ridge Dairy milk, butter & cream in our products. Their products are made with organic Jersey Milk that is rich in A2 beta caseins. It's not only better for you, but is also easier to digest - making it a great option for those with dairy sensitivities!

Once my order is ready, how long do I have to pick-up my food?
Fresh meals need to be picked-up within 1-3 business days of being notified. If they are not picked up within this timeframe, we will freeze them to keep it health safe.

Am I able to make returns?
Food and health safety does not allow us to accept returns. However, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
