Is your facility gluten-free?

No - our facility is not gluten-free. However, we are gluten sensitive.

For any meal options that are not gluten-sensitive, please contact us and we will see what we can do!


Can I order custom meals?

You most certainly can! We would be happy to accommodate any preferences/intolerances where we can. Please send us an email to discuss further.


Do I need to pre-order?

Not at all! We have fresh/frozen meals on hand. Please stop by our retail location to see what we have available.


Can I bring back the packaging to have it

Sadly health regulations do not allow me to re-use any packaging. So sorry!


Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping. Perhaps in the future though.

Do you provide the Nutrition Facts for your food items?

We sure do! If you select a given product, refer to the thumbnail images to select the Nutrition Facts table.


Are you nut-free?

In the crazy sense...well maybe a little. Unfortunately we do have nuts on the premises. So sorry to those of you where this would be a concern!


Once my order is ready, how long do I have to pick-up my food?

Fresh meals need to be picked-up within 1-3 business days of being notified. If they are not picked up within this timeframe, we will freeze them to keep it health safe. 


Am I able to make returns?

Food and health safety does not allow me to accept returns. However, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.


Are there any other locations where I can purchase your meals?

Big Bend Market and Stone 2 Steel Butchery happily stock a select number of our meals. Go check them out!
