Nutrition Coaching That Fits Your Life
Nutrition coaching that goes beyond quick fixes or short-term results that leave you right back where you started. My approach focuses on helping you develop healthy eating habits that properly fuel your body, so you have the energy to live, move, and feel your best. Together, we build habits that actually fit into your life and can be sustained long term.
Nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle. We can also incorporate other important healthy practices such as movement, sleep, and recovery, because true health isn’t about perfection - it’s about balance and consistency.
I believe restrictive diets don’t work long term. They’re hard to maintain because they remove flexibility and enjoyment. Instead, we start with small, realistic habit changes, building skills over time that move you toward your goals in a way that feels achievable and empowering.
Everyone’s lifestyle, challenges, and priorities are different, and your plan should reflect that. With weekly check-ins, we’ll celebrate your wins, work through obstacles, and keep the focus on what matters most - creating lasting change that supports your health for life.

Education
I received my Nutrition Coach Certification through Precision Nutrition - completing both their Level 1 and Level 2 programs. Precision Nutrition is a highly respected nutrition coaching program, trusted by over 175,000 health and fitness professionals. Their training combines evidence-based nutrition science with proven behavior-change strategies.
This training allows me to provide personalized guidance and support to help you reach your health and wellness goals with confidence and lasting results.
How Nutrition Coaching Works
Getting started with Nutrition Coaching is simple and structured to help you make real, lasting progress:
1. Commit to Your Goals
Nutrition Coaching requires a 3 month commitment, giving us enough time to build habits that stick and see meaningful results.
I also offer a 6 month program that provides a price break!
2. Program Pricing
Introductory Pricing!
The 3 month program is $300 and includes 12 weekly check-in sessions — one each week to track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust your plan as needed.
Alternatively, you can enroll in the 6 month program. The cost is $500 - savings of $100!
3. Initial Triage & Assessment
Schedule your initial consultation, which lasts approximately 45–60 minutes. Here we will develop a plan that will move you towards your goal!
4. Weekly Check-Ins
After the initial consultation, we’ll have weekly check-in sessions (~30 minutes each) to celebrate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed - keeping your journey realistic, supported, and sustainable.
