We’ll work together to find simple, meaningful actions that move you toward your goals in a way that feels realistic and doable. Everyone’s lifestyle, challenges, and priorities are different - and your plan should reflect that.
With weekly check-ins, we’ll celebrate your wins, work through the tough spots, and keep your focus on what matters most - creating lasting change that truly fits you.

Education
I received my Nutrition Coach Certification through Precision Nutrition - completing both their Level 1 and Level 2 programs. Precision Nutrition is a highly respected nutrition coaching program, trusted by over 175,000 health and fitness professionals. Their training combines evidence-based nutrition science with proven behavior-change strategies.
This training allows me to provide personalized guidance and support to help you reach your health and wellness goals with confidence and lasting results.
How Nutrition Coaching Works
Getting started with Nutrition Coaching is simple and structured to help you make real, lasting progress:
1. Commit to Your Goals
Nutrition Coaching requires a 3 month commitment, giving us enough time to build habits that stick and see meaningful results.
2. Program Pricing
Introductory Pricing!
The program is $300 and includes 12 weekly check-in sessions — one each week to track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust your plan as needed.
3. Initial Triage & Assessment
Before we begin, you’ll complete an Initial Triage & Assessment Form, which helps me understand your lifestyle, challenges, and goals. Once the form is received, you’ll be contacted to schedule your initial consultation, which lasts approximately 45–60 minutes.
4. Weekly Check-Ins
After the initial consultation, we’ll have weekly check-in sessions (15–30 minutes each) to celebrate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed - keeping your journey realistic, supported, and sustainable.
