I offer a client-centered, lifestyle-based approach to help you reach your goals. I have found that by making small changes and changing old habits, one has the most success. Together we can create a healthy lifestyle rather than a “diet” that is bound to fail you eventually.

 

Eating more nutritiously can be delicious and simple. This looks different for everyone, and I am here to help you find a healthy lifestyle that suits your needs and makes you feel your best.

This plan is designed for very busy people who do not have time to think about what to eat,

and may have specific health and wellness  goals in place for themselves. 

What you get:

  • A 7-day plan that includes breakfast, lunch, supper, and snack

  • Designed just for you, based on food preferences and bearing in mind any food intolerance or allergies

  • A plan that works with any health goals that you are working towards

Price: $100.00

Note: this plan does not include nutrition coaching

This plan is set up to ease you into a healthy lifestyle. With weekly meetings, together we will create small goals to reach that ultimate goal that you have. Together, we will track your progress and make changes as necessary.

Initial 1-hour consult $79.00 – in person, phone calls, or video call. 

What you get:

  • a personalized plan that will fit into your life (does NOT include meal planning, available for an additional fee)

  • education on SMART goal setting and how this will work for you

  • 1 week of unlimited email support for any questions, concerns or encouragement you may need

  • meal ideas suited to your lifestyle

  • up to 5 healthy recipes per week that are in line with your goals

  • education on a more healthful way of eating

*please note that all emails, calls and text messages will be responded to within a 24 hour period Monday to Friday. Messages sent after 4pm on Friday will receive a response the following Monday by10am.​

Each additional week $69.00 - includes one  1- hour meeting and support for the week.
